Abstract
In this study, two severe dent and gouge defects were repaired and submitted to both fatigue and burst pressure in order to investigate on the consistency of using composite sleeves on mechanical damage. The two defects were created on a X63 OD 24” / WT 0.444” pipe, using a testing facility which mimics an actual construction work excavator
